How to delete your data
Draft, pending legal review. If anything material changes, we’ll say so on this page.
Ask us to delete it
Email contact@gearheadgrowth.com from the address on your account (or, for a free check, the address you gave us) and say “delete my data.” If you connected a shop, include the shop’s name. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account, logins, and email preferences.
- The access we hold for your Google Business Profile and Instagram account (we revoke the tokens and delete them).
- Instagram posts and Google reviews we copied to write drafts, the drafts themselves, and your reports.
- Free-check results and the email you gave us for the report.
We keep only what the law requires: billing records (held by Stripe and in our books) and a record that you asked for deletion. Posts you approved and published to Google stay on Google; you can remove them there, or ask us to before we delete your account.
Disconnect us yourself, any time
- Google: go to your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Gearhead Growth → Delete all connections.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Gearhead Growth → Remove. Instagram tells us when you do this, and we delete the Instagram data we hold.
