Terms

Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review. If anything material changes, we’ll say so on this page.

These terms cover the free check and the paid service. By using either, you agree to them. Questions: contact@gearheadgrowth.com.

What we do

We write Google posts from your Instagram builds, draft replies to your Google reviews, suggest changes to your Google listing, and send a monthly report. You approve each item by email before anything goes live. Nothing is published to your Google listing without your approval.

What we don’t promise

We don’t promise rankings, calls, sales, or mentions by ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other assistant. Google and AI assistants decide what they show, and that changes. We report what we did and what we measured.

Your part

Who can use it

The service is for independent shops in the US. We don’t work with shops that sell or advertise emissions deletes, delete tunes, or anything that removes or disables emissions equipment, and we won’t write content about it. We may refuse or end service to a shop that does. We follow Google’s and Instagram’s rules, including no fake reviews and no paying for reviews.

Price and billing

Support

Support is by email and the feedback button. We don’t do phone calls or meetings.

Your content and data

Your photos, captions, listing, and reviews stay yours. You let us use them only to provide the service. Our privacy policy says how we handle data, and Delete my data says how to remove it.

Ending service

You can cancel anytime. We can end service with notice if these terms are broken, or right away for anything that risks your listing, another shop, or our accounts with Google or Meta.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Google, Instagram, and other platforms are run by other companies; we aren’t responsible for their outages or decisions.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email customers at least 30 days ahead.
